SAFARI PACKAGES

Terms of Business

•     A deposit of 30% of the total safaris is payable on confirmation of booking—full payment 1 month prior to hunt.
•     Cancellations prior to 3 months before the booked safari will be refunded less a 15% administration fee
•     No refund of a deposit can be made if client cancels within 3 months of contract starting date unless rebooked
•     All prices subject to change
•     All payments should be made in cash or traveler’s cheques as per Wire Instruction.

•     Accommodation expenses before and after the scheduled hunting period
•     Transport by road to and from OR Tambo to Serapa Lodge
•     Air charter from OR Tambo to Serapa Lodge
•     International or Local fax / phone calls
•     Import and permit fees required by other countries
•     Medical expenses or insurances
•     Shipping of trophies and Taxidermist bills
•     Any sight seeing outside of AAA Serapa Safaris Game Reserve
•     Trophy fees for game wounded, taken or lost
•     1-2 persons $790.00  —  3-7 persons $900.00 (road trip)
•     Airport taxes and transport costs from abroad to OR Tambo International Airport
•     14% VAT on daily rates and trophy fees
